Why Kissoon Carr?
Initially reaching out to Rob on LinkedIn the thing that struck me was the passion and enthusiasm with which I was greeted. This same idea can be said for everyone at Kissoon Carr and as someone who is constantly learning about the industry of legal recruitment it quickly became apparent I had reached out to the correct people.
A business driven by its core values of professionalism, honesty with both client and candidate and knowledge to make things happen Kissoon Carr was the place for me to learn and work within a great team. Further to this, the ever changing horizon of business through the power of social media is recognised by Kissoon Carr from their LinkedIn and Instagram presence and further echoed by the Legally Speaking Podcast. This element of development to keep in touch with the market showed a focus upon how Kissoon Carr are not only looking to improve as a business, but also looking to improve the individual as a recruitment agent.
